As far as the replacement leg brackets go. It's kinda looking like we are on our own on that. It looks like that bracket experienced a pretty nasty hit, or did that happen just from constant tightening and use? I hear you on the 14" floor tom being to short. I made myself a 2" riser for the legs with a hole in the middle for the feet. But I don't gig with my kit, and that solution would be problematic for gigs I would think. It would be easy to replace the bracket with that hole pattern, but it isn't going to match with the others. Bummer, dude. Good luck.
