Custom Classic Drummer forum

New owner of CC Jazz Birch. Awesome sound for such a cheap kit. I bought it because I didn't want to lug around one of my high end kits and it had an 18' BD. I have not owned a birch kit in twenty years, all my kits are maple. What heads are all of you using? I would like more resonance from the ride tom.

Ive never heard of CC. Glad to see that there are other people drumming cc kits out there. I got mine about 1 1/2 years ago when i started drumming. Hey everybody, I just got my new CC pro birch six piece last week and it sounds great. I've been drumming for about three years, and I just upgraded drumsets. I'm using Zildjian cymbals except for my hi-hat, which is meinl. I just thought I'd introduce myself since I'm new to the forum.
